Google Firebase and Google Cloud

Provide hosting, backend services, and database storage, including purchase delivery and comment records.

Stripe

Processes payments and supplies checkout confirmation used for fulfillment.

Google Drive

Supplies files for products delivered through Drive. The purchase email is used to grant file access.

Resend

Delivers inquiry, purchase, support-related, and access-recovery emails. Delivery records help investigate missing messages.

These providers process information needed for their services and have their own privacy terms. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.

Access recovery and support

A recovery request uses the product and email entered to look for a matching completed purchase. If a match is found, a private link is sent to the purchase address. Entering an email alone does not unlock the product. Order and delivery records may also be used to investigate failed access or payment problems.

Safety and legal obligations

Information may be used or disclosed when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the website and its users, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Public comments and published reviews are visible to other visitors; private inquiry and order records are not part of those public feeds.

Remembering a download

After purchase confirmation, this browser can store a private access token in local storage. It is used to check the purchase with the backend when you return, rather than asking you to complete checkout again. This is not a payment-card record or a purchase-session cookie.

Use the product's option to forget access on this browser, or clear this site's browser storage, to remove the saved token. You can request a new access link at the purchase email.

Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics through Firebase to understand page visits and website use. Analytics can use cookies and related identifiers and process page, browser, and device information. Your browser's tracking controls or content blockers may limit this collection.

Embedded content and external links

Some pages include content from services such as YouTube or link to outside websites. Loading an embed can send technical information to its provider and may involve that provider's cookies or storage. External services handle data under their own policies; this policy does not control their practices.

Your browser settings

You can use browser settings to manage cookies, site storage, and tracking protection. Blocking or clearing storage may affect remembered download access and other features. Avoid sharing private download links, especially when using a shared device.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of personal information. Email the address below with enough detail to identify the request. Identity or purchase verification may be needed before private information is disclosed or changed.

Some records may need to be retained for transaction history, legal obligations, security, or an unresolved dispute. If a request cannot be completed in full, the response will explain the relevant limitation. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.

Retention and security

Website inquiry records and uploaded briefs are scheduled for deletion after one year unless their retention is extended for ongoing work or another applicable obligation. Copies in email have separate retention. Purchase records support download access and support; their retention depends on the record and its purpose. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held by this website or its providers. Contact me to ask about a particular record or request deletion.

Access controls and service-provider security measures help protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Report suspected exposure of a private download link or other personal information so it can be investigated.

Children's information

The website's professional services and products are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact me so the information can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the website and its services change. The date at the top identifies the current version. A policy update does not override rights or notice requirements under applicable law.
