Overview

Inu Cash was an experimental ERC-20 token project built on the Ethereum blockchain with DeFi features. The project included development of a custom smart contract and a decentralized exchange interface for token swapping.

The platform featured Web3 integration with wallet connectivity and basic blockchain interactions. While the core functionality was developed, the project was discontinued before full completion.

The Outcome

Inu Cash was a proof-of-concept project to explore the development of DeFi applications on the Ethereum blockchain. The platform successfully demonstrated the feasibility of building a custom ERC-20 token and integrating it with a decentralized exchange for swapping.

However, the project faced significant challenges in terms of security and testing. Ensuring the platform's security and robustness against potential exploits required significant resources and expertise. The project was ultimately discontinued due to the high costs of security audits, ongoing maintenance, and the realization that building a fully-featured DeFi platform required more resources than initially anticipated.
