Realtor Bot is an AI-powered automation platform designed to help real estate professionals respond to leads instantly, qualify prospects, and automate communication workflows across email, voice, and CRM systems.

The platform focuses on speed-to-lead, 24/7 availability, and workflow automation, allowing agents and brokerages to close more deals while reducing manual effort.

Initial Challenges

Real estate agents were losing deals due to slow response times and inability to respond to leads 24/7. The challenge was creating an AI system that could understand real estate context and respond naturally to prospects.

Research & Discovery

After analyzing agent workflows, I identified key pain points including missed after-hours leads, manual follow-up processes, and time-consuming CRM data entry. Agents needed instant response automation that felt human.

Solution Architecture

Designed a multi-channel AI platform that could handle email, voice, and SMS communications. Built with OpenAI integration for natural language understanding and Twilio for voice capabilities.

The Outcome
